I love this product and the company. I don't often write reviews or respond to surveys, but I felt like I had to with the great experience I've had with this product and company. First, the company is great with shipping. Got my set up in 3 days after it shipped. They provided a tracking number, and got the set up ready to ship very quickly. 10/10 Second, and most important, the equipment. Top quality equipment. The quality of pulls is unmatched for such a simple set up. I don't think I'll buy another piece again. My recommendation: Get the ash catcher. Makes it easier to clean and it's a pretty cheap accessory. NOTE: If you get the ash catcher, it doesn't come with instructions to attach to your main piece (might have had a unique experience where I didn't get directions, but that's what happened to me). Overall, this is great. The company is great. The equipment is great. It's all great. I'm recommending this company to all of my friends.

This bong is super fun and cute. It does a really good job at cooling your smoke down. I wish the hose was shorter as it’s pretty excessive. But all in all it’s a good product. I ordered another one for my sister

I purchased this exclusively for the pax 3 vaporizer, but have also tried loose leaf with it. The design and build are incredible. Everything is made to be replaceable so if anything breaks, it’s a lot less costly to repair than purchasing a new one. The only thing I could find “wrong”; and believe you me, I looked, was there was a tiny bit of residual silicone left from the mold where the glass bowl fits into the top. It easily ripped off and did not damage the actual mold in the slightest. But again, that was the only issue to be found. It is one of the easiest drawing pieces I’ve ever owned. Would highly recommend.

Okay as I am writing this I just took the first hit right out of the box this bong-hookah is incredible I filled the bowl piece all the way to the top and cleared the entire thing in one hit and no coughing afterwards this is a masterpiece and the price you can't beat this will probably be my best piece in the collection throw some shade at illidelph for me 10-10

I love this mason jar water pipe! They really thought of everything, down to the magnet on the lid so you don't lose your lighter! The hookah pipe is super fun to use and very convenient so you can just pass the pipe and not the whole mason jar! I think the quart size is a perfect fit, not too big and not too small. I HIGHLY recommend this for all your herbal needs.

I love this so much! I’ve had mine for over a year now and it’s still going strong. This piece is super easy to clean other than the hose and I love the bowl that it came with! Can’t wait to buy more products and attachments!

I swear to god this is one of the smoothest hitting bongs I’ve ever owned. Adding some ice really makes it easy on your throat as well. Can’t wait to add some marbles as well.

Hits very well ,easy to break down and clean. It’s not a bad thing but wish you had a better quality hose to offer, I know you try to keep the cost down but on the positive side bad ass bong keep up the good work
